1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using Searchlight, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Searchlight on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. The service
Searchlight provides dashboards, reports, and related tools for search visibility, indexing, analytics, and marketing performance review. The service may include data imported from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other approved third-party sources.
3. Authorized use
You may use Searchlight only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts, websites, and data sources that you are authorized to access. You may not attempt to bypass authentication, access another party's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the service, or use Searchlight to violate any law, platform rule, or third-party right.
4. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account and any other credentials used to access Searchlight. Mover Marketing Ai LLC may suspend or revoke access if we believe an account is being misused, compromised, or used outside its approved scope.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of your websites, account data, and business information. You grant Mover Marketing Ai LLC permission to process that data as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Searchlight and related services.
6. Third-party services
Searchlight may rely on third-party platforms such as Google services, Cloudflare, Neon, and related infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, data delays, or errors caused by third-party services. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
7. No guarantee of results
Searchlight is an analysis and workflow tool. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, conversion, revenue, indexing, or business outcome from using the service.
8. Intellectual property
Searchlight, including its software, interface, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Mover Marketing Ai LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
9. Disclaimers
Searchlight is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mover Marketing Ai LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to Searchlight.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of Searchlight after an update means you accept the updated terms.
